Karen and I have been active in ballroom dance for many years. I began with lessons with gold instructors with Arthur Murray, Don and Susan Moore in Spartanburg SC back in 1970. Over the years, we have very much enjoyed the physical and social benefits of dancing in many different venues. I was active in real estate until my retirement in 2004. Prior to and since my retirement, we have thoroughly enjoyed travel including several extensive cruises, touring nine different countries in Europe, much of Latin America, and we have criss- crossed the US in our motor coach a number of times. We no longer ride our bikes and play golf due to health issues, but we do continue to try to remain active with our dancing.

Karen is a native of Clifton Springs NY, and I am a native of Loris SC. We recently moved back to Loris, after living in central Fl for twenty one years. I was away from this area for fifty four years, beginning with my four years at Wofford College, We have two sons and one daughter, and one grandson, and one granddaughter in central Fl, and one daughter, and one grandson living in Palm Beach Fl. I have four siblings residing in Horry County.
