Start practicing your Merengue! We have a fun night planned at the Pelican Stadium on July 21st and then again on August 18th. The Pelicans will be the Pelicanos that evening. The Ballroom Dance Preservation Society will be doing a Latin Pre-Game Dance show!  We have 2 very talented young dancers coming from Charlotte to be our Spotlight Dancers on Home Plate Madison Burnette and Carly O’Rourke.  We will be their background dancers doing Merengue to the song Limbo by Daddy Yankee.  

After the Pre-Game show, we will all watch the game together from the Beach area along
Side the third base line. There will be an all you can eat buffet of hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, chips, coleslaw, baked beans, cookies, sweet tea, water and lemonade.  There will be a cash bar available for beer, wine and soda. During intermissions there will be Latin music and dancing in the sand. This is intended to be a fun social gathering with families and our dance friends.
